I purchased the brisket and just like that we cooked it and ate in 2 days. Dan, I’m sorry we are out so fast I forgot to take a picture😀 it was nice and tender, everything I expected and more.

Sirloin Steak
The sirloin steak was tender and tasty. In fact, it was so good, I found myself wishing it had been 12 or more ounces! Can't wait to order again.

Ground Pork
We love the ground pork! Our daughter is very picky about ground meats due to finding gristle or small bones in it. This doesn’t happen with the ground pork or burger we get from Farmer Dan!
