I am so happy to find Heartstone again. I first met farmer Dan in 2019
and purchased my first beef heart. Since than I have been on an RV . We returned to Maine and I found him again. I still love his hearts and Liver. I also tried the ground beef. It was ALL Wonderful

I looked for the farm on the internet and found it.
I ordered 3 hearts ,liver and ground beef. It arrived very quickly and the heart was better than I remember. The liver and ground beef was also very good. I do plan to order again!! I am cancelling the venison I have been getting from Hawaii. This meat is better

My daughter loved it! I felt like it was a cross between a ham and a pork roast and getting used to that taste difference will take a bit of time- all for the better without nitrates! I would use more cloves, and baste with a stronger jam and fruit juice glaze- and serve with optional similar sauce - delicious - I'll send a photo later
