BREAKFAST SAUSAGE LINKS (1 Lb)
We order a package of the breakfast sausage each month in our subscription box. It is great for a special breakfast each month. The sausage has excellent seasoning and taste. They go great with any breakfast food.

Flat Iron Steak
Steak was very tender and absolutely a hit! Served with mashed potatoes and cream of spinach which complemented the meat very well.
Don’t forget to sparkle the steak with freshly grounded pepper and salt. Absolute delight!

BURGER PATTIES (3 pack)
Great hamburgers for times when I’d rather not press them myself. Tonight was hamburger, sautéed mushrooms, and Swiss cheese.

Build A Box
I have yet to have any cut of meat from Farmer Dan that wasn't fantastic! The Chuck steak was just as good as the more "expensive" cuts. Same great flavor, lean and delicious! Knowing my meats come from a great farm not too far away gives me great peace of mind and I feel fantastic eating such quality meat. I recommend the subscription boxes, always nicely packed in conscientious packaging, still perfectly frozen when it arrives and really reasonable for my budget and needs. We need to keep on supporting small (grass fed) farms! Thanks Farmer Dan, keep on farming! Hug the cows for me :)

Farmer Dan Sampler (new customers only)
I haven’t had a chance to try everything in the sampler yet, I have tried the stew beef and the bacon. I sautéed the beef and added onions for a small dinner rather than putting it into a stew. And the bacon was my favorite out of any bacon I have tried so far! I look forward to trying the burger patties and T-bone steak once it’s warmed up enough to grill.

Short Ribs 3 lbs
Meat has been consistently high quality and has always arrived in good order. When my bank flagged them and blocked my order (banks fault) their customer service was friendly and helpful in getting the situation rectified.

Excellent! Love how juicy and tender the chicken breasts are. Never tough or stringy like some can be. Love my box!!

CHICKEN BREASTS (2 Pack)
Love the quality of the chicken breasts. Best we have found so far. Not chewy, overly fatty, slimy, full of tendons, etc.

Strip Steak
Extremely flavorful steak, best I’ve ever tasted. There are issues with trim, too much fat and silver skin left on the final product, not 10 ounces, as listed.

CHICKEN BREASTS (2 Pack)
chicken breasts are excellent. 2 in pkg is perfect (not a surprise # like other meat companies). Supporting local farms is so important. Highly recommend.
