Osso Buco
The 100% Grass Fed 14-Day Dry Aged Osso Bucco we ordered was out of this world! So meaty and so flavorful! And the bone marrow was so good! Even made more enjoyable with the confidence of a responsible and caring source. Thanks Farmer Dan! We will be ordering Osso Bucco on a regular basis.

Bone-In Pasture-Raised Smoked Ham
We had the Bone-in Pasture Raised Smoked Ham for Easter brunch! My friends and children felt it was the best ham I've ever served! I had enough to send my best friend and children home with goodie bags and saved a little to make pea soup! I will order again! YUM!

Flat Iron Steak
The steak is so good that we felt we needed to take a moment of silence and say an extra special blessing for the beautiful and ever so tasty creature. Thank you thank you thank you <3

Maggie - I was touched by your review...so often we just eat whatever is put in front of us, without giving any thought - or thanks - for the journey the food took to our plates. You put it well! - Dan

All-Beef Hot Dogs
These hot dogs were pretty good. Great texture and bite. We were a little turned off by the pepper flavor because it reminded us more of sausage and I think I would have prefer a more mild flavor. But still a great hotdog.

Farmer Dan Sampler (new customers only)
The meat was tender and delicious. Loved the bacon that was very flavorful and much less salty than supermarket bacon. We would rather have smaller and less frequent servings of chicken and meat and know that the animals were raised humanely and without antibiotics. We will continue to order from your farm and keep buying local!

Just tried the bacon burgers this evening. They were very good more like steak bacon burgers than regular burgers and very flavorful. Great flavor alternative!

Very tasty! Thanks for the extra surprise! I have a question do you ever offer rump roasts or shoulder roasts? Would love to have that possibly as an option.
Thanks

The flavor and texture of their chicken is superior to any you can get at your chain grocery store.
