The chuck steak was fantastic. I prep it with a simple brine worcestershire, salt and pepper, touch of vinegar and beef broth. let it sit in a ziplock bag for 5 hrs. Place it in the oven on broil for 6 minutes per side took it out of the oven let stand for 8 minutes. Served with mashed potatoes and brine gravy. it was a big hit, Thank you
