The meat is excellent. I have been a customer for over a year and find the quality has not changed in this time. With build a box I can change what I need for our family each month as needed. The fact that I can order country bacon and sausage for breakfast is the best. As a family we are truly satisfied with all of the meat that comes from Farmer Dan others he includes. The pork chops brown up nicely when cooked slowly with a little butter in cast iron fry pan. They are very moist and tasty. We don't have to worry about the quality because it top notch and we don't have to worry about the price because it stays the same each month. If you haven't tried this, you need too.
