Grass Fed Oxtail - DISCONTINUED
I recently purchased oxtails from Heartstone Farm and was quite pleased! First of all, at the point of purchase, I was given a nice discount. Immediately, I was apprised of the delivery and tracking information. My shipment arrived within a short time. It was properly packed with dry ice to keep it frozen and was nicely vacuumed packed ( I ordered 4) and ready to pop into my deep freezer. The tails were assorted in size and meaty; not at all like the skimpy kind I find in my local market. My family and I were pleasantly surprised how delicious the oxtails were, very tender, fall off the bone good just like I remembered from my childhood. I am so happy with this company and my purchase.
I highly recommend Heartstone Farm and will most definitely be purchasing from them again!

I used this sausage for my homemade pizza, and it's delicious and seasoned to PERFECTION! I haven't had it as a sandwich sausage (YET!), but I am sure this is DA BOMB with sauteed peppers and onions! I will DEFINITELY be getting more of these!

Uncured Country Smoked Bacon
I ordered two packs. In both packs, the bacon slices were very thick and came deeply frozen. When I defrosted it there were tons of water. The bacon was grey in color color and looked extremely unappealing. When i started to cook it the smell was terrible. Unfortunately nobody was dare to it it and everything went to trash.
