E-Gift Card
This is my first time ordering an e-Gift Card from Heartstone Farm. I can’t comment on the products yet because we haven’t place a meat order yet. Looking forward to receiving meat from Maine.

The Maine Box - 34 Pounds of Steaks and More
We have ordered the Maine box several times now, and we are very happy with both the quality of the meat and the service. We don’t have the space for a share, so this is a great option for my family. All the cuts are great, and the meat is delicious, so different from any beef you will buy at the grocery store.

I loved the strip stake. The taste and tenderness was out of this world, the best I can remember having. Will buy again.

Organic Pasture-Raised Turkey From Maine
Delicious! Each of my picky eaters finished their portion! I used the tips from Farmer Dan for dressing the bird and came out so great!
Cleanest drippings I’ve seen, awesome gravy!
Making a stock with the bones too
Will be ordering again.
Thank you!

This was an absolutely beautiful bird and arrived in perfect timing. Brined it for 20hrs and smoked on the Traeger pellet grill and it was the most juicy and tender turkey ever! Thanks Farmer Dan!

Organic Pasture-Raised Turkey From Maine
Heartstone is our absolute favourite farm for mail ordering meat. Their quality is top notch & they also collab with other amasing farms like Tide Mill, our favourite for buying Thanksgiving Turkeys.
The process is smooth, the communication is on point. I would totally recommend you stop buying defrosted meat sitting out in the store & order yourself some quality frozen fresh meat from Farmer Dan. The beautiful color & taste, grocery store meat cant hold a candle to the meat from Heartstone & the small farms they work with.

As always, Farmer Dan's product arrived beautifully packaged with prompt and accurate notification on delivery. I loved the new green cell foam packaging along with the provided information about composting. The Organic Pasture-Raised turkey looks wonderful and we can't wait to try it. We decided to save the turkey for Christmas dinner but I am confident this will be as delicious as promised. The cooking instructions will be followed to a T. Thanks again for your top notch products.

Organic Pasture-Raised Turkey From Maine
Can't say I'm pleased, this time... Most of Dan's meats are excellent. Not so, these Tide Mills(?) turkeys. Birds were supposed to be 11-13 pounds. Mine was only 10.16 lbs. More like a big chicken, really.
After reading the reviews for the included cooking instructions, I decided to try them. I prepped the bird yesterday, n cooked it at the suggested temps, for 170mins.(Instructions were 165-180mins., for an 8-12 pound bird). The result? One massively overcooked, big chicken. My meat thermometer shot right up to >180°, in the thigh centers. The breasts n legs had a very hard armor coating of petrified meat covering them. The rest of the breasts were dry, dry, dry. Only the thighs n wings were kinda moist. I cook most foods well, n have never dried a turkey, before. Thank God I wasn't cooking this for the whole family. Woulda been a disaster. Was so small, I just made a regular meal for me n my girlfriend. Sorry Dan, but this bird was a $99 disappointment.
