AS with all things Farmer Dan, these dogs are of the highest quality. I tend to really love the meats such as hamburger, lamb steaks and such and give them a 5 star. The hotdogs ARE 5 star for anyone who regularly eats dogs; we don't. Since the bbq is put in storage for the winter I could not bbq grill them. Still the new beef dogs were grand in one of my favorite easy to make Maine dishes; B&M baked beans augmented with extra onions and now Farmer Dan's All-Beef Hot Dogs.

Flat Iron Steak (10 oz)
I decided to try the Flat Iron Steak and so glad I did! Despite being a lean cut it was quite tender and very flavorful.
I marinated in Tamari and Worcestershire sauce. Pan fried in a cast Iron skillet to Medium Rare.
Finished with drizzled butter. Cut into slices across the grain. Served with sautéed onion, mushroom, and garlic.
I highly recommend you give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.
