Chuck Roast
Wow! What a difference in the quality of beef. This chuck roast was delicious with simple ingredients in a slow cooker. I will be repurchasing this soon.

"Reserve Collection" Tomahawk Steak
This might be the best steak I have ever eaten. I prepared the steak by first generously salting it on both sides one hour before cooking. Since the steak was very thick (about 3 inches) I cooked it using the reverse sear method which means that I built a two zone fire and cooked it on indirect heat until the steak reached about 110 degrees internal temperature. I then cooked it on direct heat until it reached 130 degrees internal temperature using a Grill Grate to avoid flare-ups and make an attractive pattern on the steak. The results were amazing!! The steak was VERY tender and had a wonderful, rich, beefy flavor. I ordered two more after that. Highly recommend from Heartstone Farm. Thanks Dan!

Bone-In Pork Chops
The pork chops are flavorful and tender. We hardly ever purchased pork chops because of the quality issues, now we are back to eating pork chops again, local and humanely raised.

Uncured Country Smoked Bacon
Ordered here for the first time and the quality of meat is amazing. It's actually true grass fed and grass finished which is so hard to find these days. High recommend!

Sweet Italian Sausage
We loved the way this sausage cooked with so much flavor and no grease! There was no unpleasant chewiness, just great texture! Definitely one of our favorite sausages we’ve had. I made a simple sheet pan meal with roasted veggies and the sausage was perfect with it. Five stars for sure!

Premium Steak Burger Box
I recently received my first Hearstone Farm purchase. We are very pleased with the burgers and steaks we’ve tried. We are so pleased to have found a “small” farm that we can purchase our meat from and plan on continuing to stock up with there excellent products. We are fully behind supporting farms relatively close by and farms that humanly and naturally produce their products. Thank you. Jesse Seminara.

Pasture-Raised Pork Sampler
I purchased the pork sampler along with some other items and it arrived very quickly and still frozen solid. Everything was sealed and packed well and I loaded it into my freezer. I was very pleased with the quality as I ate my way through the various pork items on how much better it tasted than what I am used to getting at the grocery store. Everything had a much more prominent flavor to the meat and it was really the star of the meals that I made. Will be ordering more for sure.
