The Maine Box - 34 Pounds of Steaks and More
The best beef I have ever tasted. What a comfort to know what is in the meat we are eating. The personal attention to our order from Farmer Dan added to this entirety positive experience. We will be ordering monthly.

Stew/Kebab Meat
The Heartstone Farm stew/kebab meat is delicious. If you've only bought stew/kebab meat from a supermarket, you don't know how good it can taste. The meat from Heartstone Farm is tender, juicy and full of flavor. I highly recommend it.

Organic Chicken Liver
Organic chicken liver is very hard to get
Even if you would buy whole organic chicken, often liver would not be included
Chicken liver is much tender than beef liver which is great for making beef liver pâté
Chicken liver is essential for a baby food. We are making our toddler meals and he is getting that chicken liver since 6 months. If not fir organic option, it could not be possible at all
So here is my review: either you are adult or a small kid, the benefits of organic chicken liver are brought to your table
Here is my recipe for making just simple liver dinner which works as good for beef or chicken liver:
Chop liver into small pieces and sauté with some onion and garlic in 345F to preserve all nutrients.
Salt and spice to taste
That is all. Simple taste great!

Bone-In Pork Chops
Well I just finished eating the last 8oz. order of pork chops, and have next order of the new 12 oz. chops in the freezer. The first order was great, and the flavor excellent. The larger size should be better for grilling. Thanks and have a great day-Bill

Ground Pork
The ground pork was fabulous. Great flavor. We have loved all of the products offered. One disappointment with the pork chop is that it has one chop per package and that is unfortunate...that we would have to order another one just to make dinner. I would like to see them sold as the chicken breast is sold.
