Farmer Dan's Chicken Grilling Bundle
I ordered the Farmer Dan's Chicken Grilling Bundle and am extremely please with the variety of cuts and the quality. While most comments seem to focus on the great quality (and I definitely agree with them), I want to mention the shipping and communications. Both were highly professional and efficient. I received email messages at each staged to keep me informed, from my initial order to final delivery. The chicken was so well packed that everything was still frozen solid. Most of the packing materials can be recycled and/or composted, and I will be reusing the cold packs/pads. I am truly impressed!

Maine Pasture Raised Leg of Lamb Steaks (NEW!)
I initially thought that the lamb steaks were a bit expensive for their size, but when I braised them, they came out silky, succulent, tender, and super flavorful. There was a good amount of bone marrow in there too! Worth every penny.

I gladly endorse your chicken livers, I’m yet to try the beef liver tomorrow, but if it’s as good as the chicken liver I I will reorder twice as much this coming weekend!
Thanks again for your quick response and quality service!

Ground Pork
I don't normally make pork pie this time of year, but I couldn't resist. The ground pork is very clean tasting, and absolutely delicious.

Maine Pasture-Raised Loin Lamb Chops
Heartstone Farm meats are amazing. Over the past couple years I’ve been having a hard time finding quality grass fed meat for my family. I will be ordering monthly from Heartstone because of the quality of their meats and their online ordering. Shipping is quick and everything arrives packaged amazingly. I am so happy to have found Heartstone and highly recommend them.

Jadwiga - I am sorry to hear about your experience with your Strip Steaks! I have issued you a refund for the Strip Steaks since you should absolutely not have to pay for them if they were not acceptable. I am glad the Ribeyes were good. - Dan
