The Great Smoker's Box (NEW!)
We picked this up for a combination birthday party two leos in true leo fashion ! We actually heard a hush throughout the party when the brisket was passed around everyone was blissed out….. we cooked that 10 pound piece for 15 hours salt/pepper no trimming. Everything was cooked on a traegar pellet grill slow and low with tons of smoke & I actually fed a crew of carpenters as well from what was still in that box after the massive birthday party brisket was gone….two spatchcock chickens , one large ribs rack & two packages of the ground steak burgers ….. its truly the gift that keeps on giving ! Unreal ! Farmer Dan is a Master of his craft ive never had such great access to such great meats & cuts! Thank you Dan we are loving your work down here in Rockland!! All the best !!!!

Osso Buco
OMG when I say this meat is so delicious I mean it! It was tender full of flavor and the best part is I know the cows were grass fed and had a chance to move around. If you’re looking for a place to order some good quality meats look no further!

Well, I haven.t had the Sausage yet but my Grandson's finance is a huge fan of Chorizo Sausage. They loved it and thought that your Chorizo Sausage is some of the very best that THEY have eaten.
Of course they then wondered when I was going to get MORE.
AW kids everybody should have them.
Thanks for your continued attention to quality.

Uncured Country Smoked Bacon
This is what bacon should be. I'll never go back to store bought mass produced bacon. This smoked bacon is full of flavor and the freshness of coming right from the farm to me cannot be matched. Everybody should try this - what bacon was meant to be!

Farmer Dan Sampler (new customers only)
We were very pleased with our first order. It arrived on time (although it didn't need to travel far) and was still semi to fully frozen upon arrival. Haven't used the chicken yet but the beef was tender and flavorful even with my limited grilling skills. Looking forward to trying additional items in my next order.

Tomahawk Ribeye Steak
Tomahawk ribeyes were amazing! This is the third time I have ordered these. When I saw they were put of the $99 dollar bundle it was a no brainer. I seared them on both sides snd then finished indirect heat until medium rare. Salt and pepper for seasoning and garlic rosemary butter to finish.

Beef Brisket
My first try at barbecuing a brisket, I followed farmer Dan’s recommendation to cook grass fed beef a little bit less than you might cook a commercially sold brisket. It came out beautifully. Excellent beef flavor and very tender. I will be buying it again.

Breakfast Sausage Links
I just had my first taste of the breakfast sausages that farmer Dan offers! They were the meatiest, most flavorful breakfast sausages I’ve ever had. I taste the spice of a typical breakfast sausage without the added fillers. You just get the great flavor of the pork. Just excellent.

Heartstone Farm 100% Grass Fed T-Bone Steaks
The quality of the meat is very high, the recent order of T-bone steaks was delivered to my door by their own truck. We grilled two of the steaks, the taste was delicious but could not eat all at one sitting. The steaks were quite large over one pound each. What great taste served with grilled portabella mushrooms and zucchini.
