Ground Pork
This ground pork is top notch! I used it to make a bolognese along with the Heartstone ground beef and it had such a delicious rich flavor and was nice and lean. I will definitely repurchase.

Great value for 2 tomahawks. Grilled them yesterday and the meat was moist and flavorful as all of farmer Dan’s products are. Can’t wait for the next order. Kudos to the team for their consistency.

Ground beef received was high quality. Arrived fast and was frozen solid due to the excellent packaging. Beef had a much better taste than store bought. I have used it in tacos and made burgers so far.

I recently went to a high end steak house in Omaha, Nebraska where they serve only the top 2% of beef in the nation, it was absolutely delicious. I tell this story because Heartstone farms beef is darn close in quality of taste. I have no doubts that if cooked by the same chef, farmer Dan's beef would equal that of the restaurant, and that is a bold statement.

Blueberry Maple Sausage Links
I am admittedly a purest when it comes to many things, sausages included. So when my wife told me she purchased some blueberry and maple sausage links, I wrinkled up my nose. The following Saturday morning, I cooked them up and was pleasantly surprised. The sausage was excellent, with the perfect balance of blueberry and maple flavor. I may have to rethink this whole purest thing.

Zesty Italian Sausage
Sausage was amazing! Flavor was spot on. I thought the casing was tough to cut and stringy but I did not pre-cook the sausage before utilizing it in the dish I was making to grill.
