Ohhh my,. What a blessing! I never eat my own pot roast. I just cook it for my family. Because they are meat lovers. l didn't want to leave a review until I cooked my roast. And taste it for myself.
I just made the best pot roast that l have ever made. And l have been cooking for over 27 years. So delicious! I thought l didn't
like this cut of meat. But, not no more. Thanks to the cut of meat. Can't wait to serve this to my family. I most definitely will be returning.
Extremely happy with my purchase!
God bless you and your company!

Bone-In Pork Chops
As always the flavor of my most recent Heartstone's beef order is great. Tonight, I had a pork chop from them and it was full of flavor. For me, supporting local farmers producing meat the right way is very important.

Heartstone Farm Sampler
This is the second Family Farm Favorites Box that I have sent as a gift to my grandson that is in college in Boston. He liked the Christmas gift box very much, so I sent another box for his July birthday! A perfect gift for a collage student living in an apartment that likes to cook. Thanks also, Heartsone Farm, for your excellent customer service

Eugenia - That's a great gift idea - very thoughtful. Way better than the junk food most college kids live on :) - Dan

Pure perfection in a ribeye! Firm, moist, flavorful. We followed Dan's perfect steak cooking method and it did not disappoint.

The Maine Box - 34 Pounds of Steaks and More
Have gone through about half of the Maine Box from Heartstone Farm and have enjoyed it immensely. The meat arrived frozen, was packaged extremely well and tastes great. I’m looking forward to ordering a 1/4 or 1/2 cow next. Ground beef especially is superb. I appreciate that they try to honor specific requests when possible as well. Will recommend to friends and purchase again myself.

100% Grass Fed Skirt Steak
I was so happy to come across this resource for grass fed beef products. I have not been able to find a healthy source of beef liver until I found Heartstone Farm. I have tried the beef liver, beef brisket and skirt steaks. The flavor is excellent. The shipping is well done and I am very satisfied with my purchases. I will certainly be purchasing meat products from Heartstone Farm in the future.

Farmer Dan Sampler (new customers only)
The difference between supermarket meat that comes from a factory farm and Farmer Dan are incredible. There's so much flavor you actually notice what you've been missing all these years!
I visited Heartstone Farm and saw firsthand how involved this family is and how dedicated they are to providing the best for their animals, the environment and their customers.

Short Rib Plate
Short Rib Plate was awesome, smoked them and they were delicious. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star, was there was a lot of fat/grisle along the bone an on top of the plate that has to be trimmed/removed before cooking. Once cooked was less meat than I expected from 2 plates of short ribs. Price was a little high for the amount of meat you get out the 2 plates. Sorry about that but the over all out come is a solid 4 star.
