I have gone to the local butcher and supermarket for steaks. I have never enjoyed the quality and flavor I just experienced after cooking 2 Heartstone rib eye steaks! Great quality. I just wish I could pick what we eat, and not be restricted to quantities of certain cuts and type of meat.

The ribeyes are so good I make sure I order at least one every time. I live in an apartment so no outside grill. I actually pan fry them, adding a little butter at the end. Sometimes I marinate them, but I’m good with just some salt and garlic pepper, a drizzle of olive oil in a hot skillet until medium rare, finished with the butter. Of course I also like to have caramelized onions with mushrooms on the side. Yum!
