Beef Brisket
Sublime! I cooked the Brisket Low and Slow till you could put a fork through it like butter. It was full of Incredible deep flavor and was just a beautiful cut of meat. The perfect amount of fat requiring no trim . Heartstone puts a lot of care in their craft that makes for meals to be remembered ! Bites that put you in the moment. Seriously - not one of my friends will forget that dinner..... I ordered more brisket the next day.
