The chuck steak is very tender and flavorful. Baked two steaks low and slow in the oven in a covered casserole dish with two ounces of red wine, a tablespoon of organic Worcestershire sauce, splash of organic pomegranate vinegar, salt and pepper. Good for shredding and simmering in barbeque sauce or serving over a bowl of quinoa and amaranth with red and yellow bell peppers.

Rafael - I am really sorry to hear about your experience. As to the brisket - you ordered a Crockpot Box which was supposed to contain a brisket. Our team made a mistake and when you let us know I promised to send you a brisket. You contacted me on April 8 (Thursday). We have been advised by FedEx not to ship late in the week - so we shipped your brisket to you on Monday, April 12. FedEx attempted to deliver it on 4/15 - but they could not deliver it because no one was home to receive it. Unfortunately, FedEx then did not attempt to deliver it again - for a whole week. It was delivered on 4/21 at 1:25. We will issue you a refund for the brisket today - and I would advise you to throw away the brisket you received because it was in transit so long. Sometimes things go wrong - and they keep going wrong. It's not often, but when it happens - as they say - when it rains, it pours. I apologize for the inconvenience and for the bad experience you had. The lamb chops were delicious! We decided it was time to break out the grill for the occasion and we were thrilled with the result. Our only complaint is that there was a really thick layer on fat on each chop, which was probably why they were so tender and tasty! Still, we would have liked a little more meat on each.

I've eaten lots of liver before but didn't think that this being 'grass fed' would've been much different but wow was I wrong. I don't have a way with words to describe taste but I'm definitely buying here and not my nearby supermarket.
