Many years ago, I stopped buying and eating chicken livers because of my concern of the quality of the meat. BUT, I decided to try livers from HEARTSTONE FARM because they are organic, and, the awesome quality of others meats that I have eaten from them. Plus the nutritional value of chicken livers. In my opinion, their chicken livers are supreme because there were absolutely NO FAT to trim, very little SINEW to cut off and the livers were meaty and firm. I strongly recommend HEARTSTONE FARM Chicken Livers.

Had the Boneless Lamb Shoulder Roast for Easter dinner and it did not disappoint! I have bought my lamb from the local grocery chain for years, and will never go back. We only have this treat once a year, so quality is important to me. For about the same price as the grocer, I got a FAR better cut. Thank you Farmer Dan and team for the wonderful lamb!

These $99 bundles are quite a value. I ordered the steak burgers (which we love) and really packed the freezer with a beautiful stockpile of deliciousness. I will absolutely be on the lookout for the next bundle sale. Pro tip, when the bundles show up again pounce immediately. I’m still kicking myself over missing out on the roast beef bundle. Next time I won’t hesitate.

I'm pretty picky and spoiled when it comes to meat because of the farms I lived near in VA. Being new to Maine, I went farm hunting and found Heartstone. I didn't know what to expect, and the bar had already been set pretty high. All I can say is I'm glad I found you. Dinner was everything I was hoping it would be!

I ordered the Sampler box from Heartstone Farm. The package arrive within 2 to 3 days, opened the box the meat was still frozen solid. We left the t-bone out to thaw and grilled it up the next day. We both agreed that it was one of the best t-bones we've had in a long time.
