of lamb I ordered from Heartstone Farm, I have to say it exceeded all expectations! It was tender and tasted like the roast my dad use to make when I was a child. Full of flavor that is missed from lamb that is not grass fed. So looking forward to the cold sliced lamb sandwich for lunch today, haven’t had one in thirty years! Thanks Farmer Dan, my new best friend!

While placing an order for chuck roast I was invited to add 5 lbs of ground beef. Since I frequently use ground beef, I added it to my order.
It arrived in perfect condition, frozen solid. Each pound was individually wrapped .
When I sautéed a portion of this ground beef I was pleased to see very little fat accumulating in my skillet. Finally the taste was delicious.
