Maine Pasture-Raised Lamb Stew Meat
Tender, flavorful, and pretty much as delicious as we could have hoped for. We also picked up the ground lamb, which ended up as some of the best Armenian pizzas I’ve made. Well worth the premium. Will definitely be getting more.

Fajita Meat
No complaints, delicious strips of frozen steak fajita meat. It's taken from skirt & flank steaks, and has that perfect fajita texture I've come to love from my travels around Mexico. I marinate mine in a mixture of blended chipotle adobo peppers, oregano, apple cider vinegar, and crushed garlic, and then drop on a sizzling pan with onions, broccoli, peppers, and more garlic. DELICIOUS. Texture is great. The strips are kinda long (6-8in long sometimes) so after defrosting, I tend to cut them in half.

Pasture-Raised Boneless Lamb Shoulder Roast
This lamb was outrageously good. I'm not even a big lamb guy, but my gf asked for it and it did not disappoint. Juicy, tender and with just a slight hint of that gamey flavor you're expecting. Perfection!

Osso Buco
I’m quite pleased with my order for this cut. Lots of very lean meat with little or no fat. I usually buy this cut at my local supermarket and I can assure there is no comparison. I’ll definitely buy again.

Maine Pasture-Raised Lamb Stew Meat
The lamb stew meat was exceptional. I made a double batch and gave some to friends. Their immediate reaction was "where did you get the meat, it's so good". I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to make lamb stew, you'll notice a difference immediately.

Maine Pasture-Raised Lamb Stew Meat
I received my first shipment from Heartstone 2 days ago. The shipment contained beef liver and lamb for stew. I love liver but because I did not trust eating it from unknown sources I haven’t had for so many years. Until I tasted Heartstone liver. It was all what I expected. Well packed, arrived frozen and when I cooked it was delicious! The next day I cooked the lamb. It was absolutely tender, flavorful and yummy. I think I finally found my trusted source for beef, lamb and liver. I highly recommend Heartstone farm. Thank you Farmer Dan and your team

Maine Pasture-Raised Ground Lamb
Last week I used 2 lbs of North Star ground lamb in a shepherd's pie. Right out of the package the meat had that distinctive lamb aroma, but it was subtler and sweeter than store-bought. The finished pie was the best either of us have ever had. Often when I make a large casserole like this some of it goes in the freezer for a later date, but we happily worked our way through this one until it was gone. The other member of the household has commented repeatedly that the lamb seems to have "energized" him. I can't wait to try this product in my special lamb meatballs! Thank you!

The chicken is so flavorful compared to the “organic” chicken we buy from our local stores. The pasture raised chicken is clearly a premium quality product.
