Chuck Roast
I’ve been enjoying the ketogenic way of eating for about five years now and was looking for a real grown in the US grass fed beef source. Hearthstone farm has become my only source of beef. For my keto friends out there, this is the beef you are looking for from a properly managed farm, with extra omega 3 that only comes from grass fed beef.

Larry - Thanks for the review. I've been on and off keto myself so I admire that you have stuck to it! - Dan

The Maine Box - 34 Pounds of Steaks and More
The shipment arrived on time and the contents were what we all hope to get; frozen rock solid and clearly labeled which made my wife and I very happy. What came as a surprise and very appreciated was the pamphlet containing cooking directions for grass fed beef as we had never cooked it before. I defrosted the ribeyes for the next days dinner, followed the aforementioned directions, and enjoyed every bite. It truly reminded me of the beef from when I was a kid. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

David - Thanks for your review! I often hear the comment like yours about "reminding me of the beef I had when I was a kid". I think "supermarket beef" has become so flavorless and bland that we forget what real beef is supposed to taste like. I hope you enjoy your Maine Box. - Dan

Tim - Thanks for your review. It's funny - I'm kind of in the same boat. I've always loved ribeyes, but lately I've really enjoyed a couple of filets. - Dan

Stew/Kebab Meat
As always nothing but the best beef! I ordered the stew beef for my favorite oven beef stew. My husband asked me if I had a new recipe and I said “No, just new beef!” Tender, beefy melt-in-your-mouth goodness! All this along with wonderful, consistent service all around. Thank you!

Marrow Bones
I am very happy with my order. it was what i expected, professionally packed and shipped very promptly. The bone broth i cooked from marrow bones and ossobuco was delicious! I definitely will be back. Also appreciated the personal touch that makes you feel like a part of a community. It would be great if knuckle bones were available too. It would be a perfect mix for a broth. Thank you Dan

Beef Heart - DISCONTINUED
If I would not be happy eating what I intend to feed my animals, it simply is not good enough. I was delighted to find quality, well raised beef heart and tongue and even more delighted when it came. It is obviously healthy, clean meat that my dog loves. And I have the confidence that I am feeding the best possible. The next step will be to order for my 2-legged family, for I know we will not be disappointed.
