I bought the grass fed beef liver and a beef heart. I have not cooked the heart yet, looking forward to that. For the lover I used the recipe posted in Farmer Dan's blog and it was fantastic. So tender. I almost tried an air fryer recipe, I think I may cut a piece off of my 2nd liver and try that just to see. But, wow, what a difference it is to store bought grain fed liver, you can taste the difference.
The order was shipped within a couple days (I ordered on Columbus Day weekend). Arrived the day after it shipped, still frozen solid. The sustainable packaging was a very nice touch and appreciated.
I will be ordering again and hope others read this and order as well. I need some steaks and burgers next order! Some bone marrow, as well.
