These burger patties are the best! I love having them in the freezer for the nights I can't decide what to cook. They are always good, and I have no complaints when I say we are having burgers for dinner.

Never having heard of a Spatchcock Chicken before I was intrigued upon seeing it listed on the Heartstone Farm site. I purchased it along with 100% Grass Fed Marrow Bones, and 14-Day Dry Aged Premium Ground Beef and let me tell you my family was blown away with each and EVERY item of my purchase! Since this is a review for the chicken though, I will focus my remarks on that product. I selected a simple recipe and this chicken did not disappoint. It was tender, juicy, and 5 stars+ deeeelicious! We immediately decided at first bite that we would order one for our small nuclear family Thanksgiving dinner this November 2020. THANK YOU Heartstone Farm for introducing us to such quality and mouthwatering chicken and beef delights. Our puppy sends along his thanks as well, as the bones have been making day crate training a lot more palatable for him!

Dan's beef is great and Flat Iron Steak is no exception. It is reasonably soft, has some marbling, and the taste is rich.

The family loved the short ribs. Light brow, into the crock pot with vegetables and dinner was served.

Received my order in perfect condition ~ made burgers for lunch the following day ~ and made a pot roast with a chuck roast for company ~ love this beef ~ flavorful, tender and juicy 💜 I will be ordering more chuck roast to try different recipes. I have to say I never write reviews but we truly enjoyed this beef and will be a long time customer.

Happy with my order. I had tried Butcherbox and was disappointed with the product. This company seemed different. So I gave it a try, and I can say the meat tastes good and is of great quality. I was notified of the delivery and it was delivered on time according to the tracking. Will buy from them again.

His meat is the best 100% grass fed meat out there. My husband told me today can you order more. That was best hamburger ever. I even tried all the fresh grass fed meats at the supermarket — nothing compared. Farmer Dan is the way to go to get top notch quality. And his personal cards are awesome too. Take it from a New Yorker that knows food quality!

Our share arrived yesterday, and we dove right into the shaved steak! It’s one of our favorites from Farmer Dan. Made cheesesteak stuffed peppers. Highly recommend.

Wow. Just wow. I have been wanting to buy quality meat for so long but simply struggle to make extra trips to a butcher or farm. Not knowing a lot about meat or butchering it could honestly be a little awkward trying to ask the dumb questions I need to ask to get the meat I want at a butcher. Also, I'm never sure how quickly the butcher shop meat was frozen or how long it has been sitting in the case, whereas getting it from Heartstone I know it was well cared for and you can easily see how fresh it is. The resources on this webpage have taught me so much about meat, cuts, and even how to cook different beef cuts to make them taste best. Also, in the time of COVID getting a delivery right to my front door has been wonderful and stress free. I also like that I can set up an alert to go off the morning of the day it is being delivered so I remember to check for it. The customer service is amazing like that. My husband grew up in central Maine and he says the meat tastes just like it did when he was a kid eating farm fresh grazed beef. It is everything we have wanted, done well, and at a sensible price for extremely high quality.
