Maine Organic Chicken Breasts
Heartstone Farm Organic chicken breasts are truly some of the most delicious chicken we've ever had. Best of all, it's locally sourced and organically raised. When buying this chicken I'm not having to worry about what chemicals it's been washed in or what wet market it started in. I'm so grateful to have a source of local, organic healthy meats, separate from the factory farmed markets. Thank you, Farmer Dan, and well done. I'll be a regular customer moving forward.

Kebab Meat
We enjoyed the high quality of the beef. It has a different texture then grocery store beef and has a better flavor.

Maine Organic Chicken Breasts
Heartstone Farm's grass fed beef and organic chicken (in collaboration with a neighboring farm) are simply the best our family has EVER had. Tender, fresh, and flavorful. Our order arrived fully frozen and carefully packed using sustainable materials (corn-based insulation in a recyclable corrugated box). We've already placed another order. Thank you, Farmer Dan!

Fantastic, fresh meats! Not only is the meat ethical, but it is very delicious. We were impressed with the quality and cuts. We especially enjoyed the flank steaks, chicken breast, and whole chicken.

Shaved Steak
The meat was shipped on time and arrived packed up nicely in ice. All products were vacuum sealed and clearly labeled. We have not had a chance to try all of it yet but I can say the chicken was absolutely fresh and delicious. Such a difference from the previously frozen stuff you buy at the store! I would highly recommend.

My go to favorite cut of beef. Grass fed and delicious the rib eyes never fail to please the family. Very tender - do not over cook just add some salt and dig in.

100% Grass Fed Steak Tips
I have purchased over time many of the various cuts of meat offered by Farmer Dan. This week I tried his steak tips for the first time. Not sure how best to prepare them I turned to a recipe I found in The Silver Palette cookbook. Beef Stroganoff with flat noodles. If you haven’t tried the steak tips I recommend you do so. The beef was nearly as tender as a filet and has a terrific flavor.

Flank Steak
I used the flank steak first. Streak on the BBQ with a nice basic marinate. The steak already is full in flavor. I usually like my steaks well done, but I did medium well and it was delicious. Everything came in well sealed, and I popped the extras in the freezer. Looking forward to my next order. Thank you for working extra hard for us all at this time! Stay safe.
