Flank Steak
The flank steak was juicy and had great flavor. Had more taste than other flank steaks I’ve tried. Thanks very much for your hard work in producing high quality beef!

Maine Organic Chicken Breasts
I placed my first order from Farmer Dan and am super impressed first with the customer service. Impressive! I usually don't buy chicken breast meat in the store as it usually ends up too dry and I do buy organic. But this chicken was the best I've ever had! Cooked it in a stir fry and it was moist and tender. Thank you!

Beef Brisket
Just like all of the beef products I have ordered from Hearthstone Farm, the Beef Brisket did not disappoint! It was so flavorful that I was savoring the meat and surveying my kids plates for any tasty morsels that they may have overlooked. Needless to say, I have another one in the freezer!!

Shaved Steak
My husband likes open-face beef sandwiches with gravy from a local restaurant, so I cooked up some shaved steak for him with commercial gravy; he told me the restaurant must have gotten a new cook because this one was the BEST open faced beef sandwich ever! Also, since I am from Philadelphia I prepared mine as a Philly steak sandwich and mine was the BEST Philly steak sandwich ever! Thank you Farmer Dan for this special treat.

When I write this I’m very compassionate about farmer Dan and his love and beef for the community. It takes a strong soul to believe in what’s right for animals and humans and he does it 100%. I’ve even bought grass fed beef from other situations in grocery stores and I realize it’s not the same because my body has a very huge reaction. When you want grass fed beef and you believe that your body needs protein this is the way to go. I get it...it’s hard but for some of us we need more protein and what the quality for the animal and the human. So if you need to purchase beef please do with animals that were eating grass!!! Thank you Farmer Dan!!!!

Maine Organic Chicken Breasts
Hi Dan, our chicken breast order was refunded. We were looking forward to tasting it especially since our family stayed at the Tide Mill farm last summer. I do have an order to arrive in May for their chicken thighs.
Thanks for doing a great job.
