Grilled the ribeye last night. WoW! What flavor. FYI even if you have a hubby who is not the greatest griller his well done steak was still tender juicy and delicious. Mine was the perfect medium rare! Farmer Dan and Heartstone Farm is the best thing I have come across in a long time. Thank you for what you do!

HEARTSTONE FARM SHARES
We began with a cow share. The beef was so flavorful that we are now buying steaks throughout the summer. This is by far the best beef we have ever eaten. We don’t buy any beef in the grocery store because it can’t compare to Heartstone Farm beef. We like to know who grows our beef.

Short Ribs
Love the quality of the beef. I typically purchase the ground beef, short ribs, and stew meat as they are all quite versatile for preparing dinners and they are all delicious. I've enjoyed a couple of roasts for winter comfort food and a brisket (home made pastrami is the best and the small brisket was perfect). For outdoor summer dinner with friends, the kabobs are a nice easy treat on the grill with burgers. I also love that I can purchase from a local Maine farm and have it delivered.

Premium Ground Beef
My family does not eat much red meat. So when we do use ground beef for spaghetti, beef burritos or hamburgers, we want the best quality meat we can get; Maine grazed, grass fed beef from Heartstone Farm, that is delivered to our door, is the best choice of ground beef for my family; it's very flavorful and reassuring to know of it's high quality origin.

I have had two of the skirt steaks and they are just as flavorful as all the other cuts of Heartstone beef. Heartstone is the best beef out there.

Quarter Pound Burger Patties - Convenient and Delicious
Purchased patties and one pound packages. The burgers cooked up great on the grill. Made a chili with one of the packages, it came out great. The flavor of both was excellent.

Premium Ground Beef
We made burgers with the ground beef as soon as we got our shipment from Farmer Dan. Which, by the way, was packed with so much care and everything was still frozen solid. The burgers were hands down the best I've ever had at home. I will definitely continue to order from Heartstone, and you should too!

My wife and I both grew up on beef cattle farms and were skeptical on the taste of grass fed beef compared to corn fed beef. We were pleasantly surprised and have since reordered from Heartstone Farms.
One great steak!
Thanks Farmer Dan!
