Lexi was GREAT. She listened to my wishes which were changes on my upcoming box. She was thorough, super polite and facilitated the changes and made me the customer HAPPY. I will be a long term customer. Lexi deserves a RAISE! Jim Palmer

We love our Heartstone meat! It is reliably good and we appreciate that it’s all humanely raised. We are snowbirds and even had some delivered this winter when we were down in Florida. It came in perfect condition. We recently received our Maine delivery and can’t wait to dive in.

Every time I reach with a question I always get a personal response within a day. In a impersonal digital world it is refreshing and appreciated.

We’ve had a wonderful experience purchasing beef and chicken from this farm. The quality is consistently excellent, and you can truly taste the difference. Their pies are absolutely phenomenal!!!
I’ve also really enjoyed their emails, especially the Christmas message this past year, it felt thoughtful and personal, which goes a long way. Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them.

When I began ordering everything was excellent and I actually referred to several friends. Since then I have noticed quality issues and also delivery issues. The Filet mignons are now thin cut and actually don't look like fillet mignons but rather some sort of strip because they have fat cap running through them. The fillet should be round and thicker not flat and thin with fat running through them like a strip steak. Also last order came thawed which was corrected by sending a new order . My referrals have also since stop buying for different issues. I have since switched to White Oak Pasture
