I bought ancestral ground beef and two butterfly chickens. The beef is delicious and I feel better knowing it's healthier with the organ meat ground into it. It was so flavorful and delicious! Even when I accidentally overcooked the fajita meat, it still melted like butter in your mouth.
I love how the cow's are 100% pasture raised and Not injected with mRNA!
It is so well packed in dry ice that even on an almost 90 degree day, it still arrived frozen solid.
I enjoyed the meat so much that I signed up for reoccurring shipments.
