I placed an order for 4 blueberry pies, the ones that are from Valley View Orchard Pies. It's on the website and I placed an order for 4. Unfortunately they sent me 4 different pies. I emailed customer service and they apologized and sent out a new shipment for the correct pies. Well they arrived today and they sent me 4 wrong pies again... seriously? Twice now? Who works there? Won't be ordering from Heartstone ever again.

We made burgers with the ground beef as soon as we got our shipment from Farmer Dan. Which, by the way, was packed with so much care and everything was still frozen solid. The burgers were hands down the best I've ever had at home. I will definitely continue to order from Heartstone, and you should too!

The beef from Farmer Dan @ Heartstone Farms is the best quality beef I've ever had. I highly recommend placing an order, to see for yourself. I have been recommending Heartstone Farms to all my friends. I just canceled an online grass-fed beef service, because Farmer Dan's quality of beef is so much better. I can't say enough about their shipping / customer service process, it's also top notch. Try the beef, you will not be disappointed & your taste buds will be happy.

I'm impressed and I am from NY. First the handwritten note card is a very nice touch. Now let's begin with the liver. No metallic flavor, tender when cooked and sweet. The rib eye... that was next - not gamey tasting and although frozen it was delicious! I just ordered more liver and now bones. I'm on a carnivore diet so I need my meat to be top notch. The butcher in manhattan is much more money and frankly I'm just impressed. I don't trust the supermarket meat because although it says grass fed is it grass finished? And where is it from??!

No doubt the best steak I ever had. Of course grilling it the right way is the key to any steak. The flavor is unreal and blows away any store bought "steak" usually full of hormones. The only problem is once you have farm fresh grass fed beef you get kinda spoiled and other beef just can't satisfy. Farmer Dan is also a really cool guy and makes sure his customers are satisfied. I really should give 5-stars but the prices are just too high for me. I guess it's not the place to shop for us po' boys. But it's a nice treat when I can afford it. In fact, if I had the money I'd probably eat this beef practically every day. Yep, it's that good. But I just need to factor in price in my review. So I'm stuck with buying store bought steak until I can afford the good stuff.

Heartstone Farm's grass fed beef and organic chicken (in collaboration with a neighboring farm) are simply the best our family has EVER had. Tender, fresh, and flavorful. We recently received our first order of beef and chicken and couldn't be more pleased. The beef is high quality, beautifully red and marbled with a phenomenal taste. Haven't tried the chicken yet, but it looks good, no tendons or grizzled pieces.

Package arrived frozen hard. Product wonderful. Unlike beef finished on corn this grass fed beef is a bit sweeter to my taste. Recommend.

Still working on my first order but will reorder my second. So far everything has been excellent. Shipping was perfect. Everything frozen solid. I ordered salmon from another company and two pieces were already thawing out and dry ice was all gone. Hurry and get some good seafood for us. Thinking about investing in your company.
