Order came late and totally defrosted. Was told there had been a shipping delay and to dispose of the order. Given choice of replacement order or reimbursement. Chose the latter. Prompt credit posted. Very disappointed in loss of order. Monson is not that far from Charleston to have had a 4day delay occur.

Altho I have been receiving the boxes for 6 deliveries so far by subscription and throughly wnjoyed the many meals we had and gifted to neighbors from the spiral Ham I ordered I have noticed some of the steaks and fiilets in three if the boxes very tough gristly and fatty altho the majority cooked up well on the grill and in oven Wrote recently as order was missing turkey tenderloins but they wrote it would be included in next order I absolutely live the poultry we have ordered and eapecially the sockeye salmon a new family favorite mainly because its tasty and wild caught and flash frozen thank you for the quality as I so not buy from grocery store at all anymore when it comes to most food We have a veggie garden and I buy from local farms here in Jersey also
