The beef is always fresh, tender and delicious. My orders are received well packaged with rarely any defrosting at the time of arrival. Highly recommend the ribeye steaks and New York strip steaks. Pork chops are wonderful too!

I just received my 13th order from Heartstone. I’m a single senior lady so get my meat box delivered every other month. This month my box was short one item. I emailed them and within 24 hours, one of their customer service representatives emailed me back and credited me for the missing item along with an apology. Their customer service team is exemplary!

I have had a subscription for about a year. I signed up for it because I was not happy with supermarket chicken and meat quality. I have enjoyed everything in my subscription so far. I especially like the ground turkey and ground chicken. The steak and chicken breast are delicious.

Love the meats but shipping has gotten later and later. This is the second time it took over a week for my items to ship. It took more than 9 days to get my last order and I had to reach out to them to get an update. They said that they had items out of stock. I am a VIP member. I have had a subscription for over a year and they didn’t think to notify anyone of the issues that they were having or send a quick update. I know they are farmers but they are business owners too. They need to step it up on the customer service.

Very poor customer service. They sent me an email on my next order that they are sending children tenders instead of my chicken thighs I requested. I responded 3 hours later and told them I don’t want them and would wait for my whole order when the thighs were available. They told me too late the order was packaged already. I told them I want to cancel my subscription. They sent me an email2 days later that my order shipped. They easily could have waited. I keep getting emails from them even though I have unsubscribed several times. This last email was asking me to write this review. Maybe now they will stop harassing me.
