Half of order was not shipped - got short ribs instead of st. Louis ribs- and no pumpkin pies - I was fully reimbursed, but would rather have had the ribs and pies - the short ribs I received where terrible, I know they are fatty , but the amount of fat on these short ribs was ridiculous-,bought better ribs at grocery store- I have purchased many times in the past and was always pleased with products I received

Everything has always been great. My last order was delayed by a couple weeks and that was no problem. My card was charged and I think my order was forgotten. When I contacted the farm about it, the order was promptly shipped out and all is well.

Love Farmer Dan!!!! Great tasting chicken and beef. I have not tried the seafood yet. The food arrives still frozen and the communication with Farmer Dan is very good. Can full heartedly recommend it.

I was a little nervous about having my beef order ship up here from New Jersey and in a truck for 2 days, but it arrived in good shape, still some dry ice in the box even though we've had hot weather. The beef was frozen solid. No complaints. The packaging was neat and clean and I'm happy.

We loved Farmer Dan. Then the last two months we never received our order. The carrier (FedEx) never delivered our order. I had to reach out both times for a refund. The quality of meat was great, I just didn’t love getting charged and never receiving my order.

Every thing was still frozen despite the unbearable heat wave ,we were having. The steaks and chicken are superb in flavor. .Love the chili and homemade butter! The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and selection you receive. I am a very satisfied customer.. Joyce Wentland
