I love your product. "The only issue I ever have is with the accuracy and efficiency of your website. You gave me a coupon for $30 off for reviewing and adding pictures and a video. When I applied it, it only showed a $10 discount. I attempted to message customer service and the message just disappears but there is no confirmation that it was sent or received?"- This was promptly addressed and a credit applied. Thank you Heartstone Farms

Kim - Thank you so much for your long-time support. I apologize for the error on the video review coupon - I am looking into why that did not work correctly and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I have gone ahead and refunded your last order for an additional $20 to reflect the correct coupon discount. - Dan

I love the way you keep adding options (like the recent salmon). The only meat missing from the choices, for me, is lamb.

Like everything I get from Farmer Dan, the turkey was great, as was the blueberry pie. Everything came quickly and still frozen solid.

I'm new to ordering my meat online. I did alot of research to hopefully insure I chose the right farm. Which I'm pretty sure I have. So far I have only had the sirloin steaks, very tasty. A little small, 10oz isn't as big as I thought, but i can handle that. One of the sirloin steaks had a good chunk of fat on the end, which I was disappointed with, I reality if I saw that in the grocery store I would not have bought it. I'm ordering blind, I can't choose the meat that goes in my box. That's where I have to depend on heartstonefarm to select the very best piece of beef, etc for me. All the other selection of meat look good and I can't wait to try them. I hope going forward, I'll be extremely happy with all my meat selections.

Even though we live in Maine, we order from Heartstone Farms. The quality is top notch, we're supporting small family farms, and the price is so fair for the quality of the food you get!

I have already answered once. We have deleted our subscription. We already found a better option before we received your meat and so thankful that we did. It was the fastest ribeye I have ever seen, and we will never order through your company again.
