Absolutely love ordering meat from Heartstone! It always arrives really frozen and the quality can’t be beat. Large factory farms produce unhealthy animals that harm our bodies, the environment, local farmers and the animals. No one wins but the large corporate farms. I’m so happy there are great alternatives like heartstone! I will be getting all my meet (except seafood obviously) from them going forward.

This is grass finished. Which I prefer.
Good Quality Fast Delivery. It is easy to order. I wish I knew earlier. Friends let friends know where to buy good food. I just wished they had a vegetable section and milk/butter available. Add some fruits and it be a game changer.

Albeit a delivery error, Heartstone doesnt stand behind any assurance that your delivery will be on time. This is a major issue when dealing with perishable items. Ups tried to deliver 2 days after the expected delivery. It had been a sitting in a hot truck and warehouse for 2 days. When I called Heartstone I was told it should be fine. I declined delivery and will not be doing business with a company who thinks meat sitting in non refrigerated warehouse is fine for consumption!

Erika - We pack our meat for 2-4 days transit time. We ship hundreds of boxes a week - and less than 1% of them have any issues. We use dry ice and our insulated packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The issue here was you refused delivery when UPS delivered. If you had received your package, and it was not in excellent condition, we would have replaced it. We stand behind both our meat and our delivery. - Dan

Absolutely the best grass fed beef I have ever ordered online. Also their customer service is outstanding> I forgot to add a few steaks to my box order so I called and they added it and sent me a separate invoice within minutes. I highly recommend Heartstone Farm!!!!

Always buy from Heartstone Farms. The beef is grass fed and grass finished to ensure proper nutritional values are at its highest. I've bought chuck roasts, ground beef and shaved steak (personal favorite). All have been outstanding.

I have never in my life had to trim such an enormous amount of fat from oxtails.It was disgusting .I almost filled up a quart bag and finally gave up.They were not worth half the price i paid.This is the worst experience i have ever had. I will never order from you again.
