As described and delivered. Grass fed beef needs to be treated a little differently, read the directions. The fat in it is healthy; drippingscan be filtered, cooled, and used for savory pastries.

I have been on mostly carnivore diet for about a year now. When you make such a transition, the quality of meat makes a huge difference. Also, when you eat so much meat, the way it tastes matters a great deal, too. Having this said, I tried beef from many resources- all carefully selected grass fed and grass finished. I tried whole foods, local butcher shops as well as subscription based - the butcher box. I thought they were great! Well... I thought they were great UNTIL I discovered the Heartstone Farm beef. Not only I find it nutritious, but the taste and tenderness totally won my heart. I have been a convert since! I wish there were 10 stars I could award here. This beef and all steaks on the menu are best I have ever tried. If the meat itself wasn’t excellent enough, the service and attention to detail are also above average.
