I had been searching for local sourced beef and came across Heartstone Farm. Previous reviews of the farm were all positive and decided to try it. I purchased a couple of rib-eyes and a few pounds of
ground beef just to try their products. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The rib-eyes grilled up perfectly and the flavor and texture was incredible. The ground beef made great burgers and the flavor, like the steaks was fantastic. When I placed my order it was in the middle of the current pandemic so it took a little while to receive it, but they kept me informed of the delay and any inquiries that I made was responded to in a timely manner. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again. In my opinion you don't need to go any further than Heartstone Farm.
