Was there for the first time, very friendly associates. Purchased ribeye steaks to eat for dinner. Great marbling. Seasoned only with garlic salt and pepper. Cooked to medium rare. Great flavor and melt in your mouth!! Will definitely be making a trip back to purchase more. If you want great grass fed beef, this is the place. Well worth the trip.

This is my 3 re order from Heartstone Farm & I couldn't be more pleased with "everything". The beef is absolutely delicious, a flavor so rich that once you taste it, never will you buy meat from the stores again. Grass fed is the only way to go. The customer service, "Framer Dan", personally sees to things the way they should be done. Excellent natural packaging & fast shipping. No doubt the best steak I ever had. Of course grilling it the right way is the key to any steak. The flavor is unreal and blows away any store bought "steak" usually full of hormones. The only problem is once you have farm fresh grass fed beef you get kinda spoiled and other beef just can't satisfy. Farmer Dan is also a really cool guy and makes sure his customers are satisfied. I really should give 5-stars but the prices are just too high for me. I guess it's not the place to shop for us po' boys. But it's a nice treat when I can afford it. In fact, if I had the money I'd probably eat this beef practically every day. Yep, it's that good. But I just need to factor in price in my review. So I'm stuck with buying store bought steak until I can afford the good stuff.

The meat is wonderful and I love the personalized packaging. Ithe steaks were sold out when I ordered but its all part of having fresh meat from smaller local farmers. I'll get my chance because I want to order again. Best part is, a nice little drive I can see the farm in person. Weve lost touch with our farmers and I think that last part is important.

I’m impressed and I am from NY. First the handwritten note card is a very nice touch. Now let’s begin with the liver. No metallic flavor, tender when cooked and sweet. The rib eye... that was next - not gamey tasting and although frozen it was delicious! I just ordered more liver and now bones. I’m on a carnivore diet so I need my meat to be top notch. The butcher in manhattan is much more money and frankly I’m just impressed. I don’t trust the supermarket meat because although it says grass fed is it grass finished? And where is it from??!
