The meat is wonderful and I love the personalized packaging. Ithe steaks were sold out when I ordered but its all part of having fresh meat from smaller local farmers. I'll get my chance because I want to order again. Best part is, a nice little drive I can see the farm in person. Weve lost touch with our farmers and I think that last part is important.

I was excited having received my first order from Heartstone Farm just a couple of days ago, still frozen and packaged extremely well making it really easy to store. I ordered the liver, ground beef and soup bones and have already prepared all three and must say Heartstone’s Grass Fed Beef is thee best I’ve ever tasted. I’m impressed and I am from NY. First the handwritten note card is a very nice touch. Now let’s begin with the liver. No metallic flavor, tender when cooked and sweet. The rib eye... that was next - not gamey tasting and although frozen it was delicious! I just ordered more liver and now bones. I’m on a carnivore diet so I need my meat to be top notch. The butcher in manhattan is much more money and frankly I’m just impressed. I don’t trust the supermarket meat because although it says grass fed is it grass finished? And where is it from??!
