Just delicious! Easy to cook. So much better than I can get in the local supermarket. I rate them 5 stars and will order again.

I am very impressed with this company; the small touches make all the difference to me. Had my first steak from Heartstone Farm last night. A ribeye. One of the best steaks I've ever had. I will be a repeat customer!

I hadn't had grocery store beef, or much beef at all, for a long time. Factory feedlot beef tasted too much like corn and misery. I was infrequently treating myself to grassfed ground wagyu from New Zealand but it was impractical, and I wanted to stay in the US. I tried your chuck roast and ground steak patties. Yum! Just yum! The steak patties were great. A good ratio of fat to meat, and because it's a bit more healthful I like to keep the fat for a quick saute with spices for veg like green beans. I made stew with the chuck, another hit! I'll be canning meat later so you'll definitely be seeing me again.
(You might want to consider raising a wagyu cow or two. Very different flavor)

Alison - Thank you for your wonderful review. It means a lot to us. Your journey through the meat supply chain (factory feedlot to New Zealand) is fascinating and so telling. I love your description of feedlot beef tasting like corn and misery!! We've thought about Wagyu - but they are really hard to raise on grass - and they take a long time to finish - which is a challenge with our long, cold winters in Maine. - dan

This was my first order with Heartstone Farm and I could not have been more pleased. We have already used 2 of the spatchcock chickens and they turned out great on the grill - very tender and flavorful. Prepared also some of the chicken tenders I got and they were a big hit with our kids. Shipping was very quick and everything arrived still cold and in perfect condition. We will definitely order again!

Heartstone Farm products are delicious and of high quality. We are repeat customers and will continue to purchase their awesome grass-fed meats. This past weekend we smoked one of their beef briskets and it was outstanding. Five stars on everything we have tried from the farm.

I am blown away with the quality and value of the bundles. There is usually a premium price on grass-fed, grass-finished beef at the supermarket, so being able to get it directly from a local farm was a great choice.

The “stock up bundles” are awesome ! What an excellent idea from Heartstone !
Getting our routine package with our own favorite variety of meats was the best decision for us….but then came the “bundle” offer !!!! We absolutely love Heartstone beef liver and bundled that . Cooked to perfection with some onions….wow ! & we will never run out , even as we share it with others .
Thank you Heartstone ! Your grade of meats, treatment with care with your animals, courtesy to customers and the best customer service staff we’ve seen in a very long time !
You really deserve 10 Stars !!
