As always with Civivi the quality is excellent!

I wanted to get the free shipping so I made my order to meet the $99 requirement. No matter what I tried I could not get it to remove the shipping charge. I checked all the freight exceptions ie. postal codes, and I could not find any reason. I ended up removing items since it was going to cost me $9.99 no matter what.

Mostly flawless process. Stellar selection and pricing on knives, aside from the fact that many knives are out of stock even with the “in stock” filter applied.

I was happy to find the knife I was looking for in Canada and at a reasonable price. Website says any order over $99 ships FedEx, which I assumed would be a good thing as this was a last minute birthday gift. I get the order confirmation email, and my package is being shipped via Canada post, with an estimated delivery time of 9 days, and after watching the time line of tracking info that appears to be on point. 9 days from BC to Ontario is unacceptable these days. I coud have had the same knife ordered out if the US and had it in less time. This is a birthday gift that appears won't be here in time. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. Had I known it was being shipped Canada Post, I wouldn't have placed this order because Canada post isn't known for expedient service and would have ordered from House of Knives in the future. My last knife order came from BC and I had it in 5 days. If Canada Post is you courier of choice, the likelihood of me being a repeat customer are slim at best at this point. Being that this is a birthday gift, I would have paid for better shipping, but I wasn't even given the option, unlike your competitors.
