Love it! Another Vosteed winner!

I love it, I love the easy one handed opening of it due to its wider blade!

Awesome knife, blade flips with ease. Am very happy with my purchase.

Smooth operation, good steel that holds its edge. Solid locking mechanism.

The colours from the image do not match real. Thumb stud and spacer bolts were silver. Blade is very light gray.

Nice and sharp!

Nice light. Comfortable straps. Very nice. Fast delivery to arctic.

The perfect EDC

Great pocket knife for everyday use. Secure pocket clip, fast extraction, holds edge well and locks safe and solid.

The Kansept Contra is, by and large, a straightforward—one can even say simple—design, but it is one that is very, very well executed. Its detent is crisp regardless of whether one uses the thumbstuds or the front flipper to deploy the blade, the hollow grind is even and comes down to an absolute razor of an edge right out of the box, the handle feels comfortable and secure in a variety of grips, and the blade locks up solidly with no up-and-down or side-to-side play. The TL;DR is this: it's an excellent utility cutting tool, with the usual caveats associated with wharncliffe blades (yes, I know Kansept calls it a sheepsfoot blade, but c'mon, it's a wharncliffe if I've ever seen one).

The Contra's blade is made from CPM S90V, the top-rated stainless cutlery steel in terms of edge retention according to research conducted by metallurgist Dr. Larrin Thomas, and while I have no hardness data on Kansept's S90V, I am confident that they target an acceptable range (at least 59–61 hRC) based on information available on the Steel Hardness Lab website regarding their knives in other particle metallurgy steels such as CPM S35VN and CPM 20CV.

In terms of real-world performance, the Contra excels in all the ways the best wharncliffes do. It is great at jobsite utility cutting tasks like breaking down cardboard and going through pallet straps, and the low tip allows for a precise degree of control when scoring or making detailed incisions in material. Like all wharncliffes though, it basically trades elite utility cutting and slashing proficiency for the ability to do full-thickness push cuts against a flat surface. To completely go through material supported by a flat surface, the user is pretty much restricted to using a draw cutting motion. Not the end of any worlds, but just something worth noting for those who might be looking for a more well-rounded tool.

Love the knife, ended up ordering another one to take and keep at work on the other side of the country… I’ve got one on the east coast and one in Alberta. Love it

Beautiful knife, snappy action. My only minor gripe is when you flick it closed the blade pops back out.

It has performed as expected of a high quality knife.

Love it!

Well built sharp love the serrated portion of the blade with nice flip assist seat belt cutter. My fav so far

Love the knife. Very sharp blade . Strong built. very quick blade deployment

this is an awesome little knife . it comes surgical sharp . the opeming and closing ofcthe blade is silky smooth. A grsat EDC

The main appeal of the Dragonfly is that its a compact knife, yet allows a full grip. This may be true, but as a woman with proportionate hand size, my hands are actually TOO SMALL for it.

The idea is that you have your index on the choil, middle two along the inward curve, and the pinkie is meant to sit right at the end, just past the small bump. Unfortunately, my pinkie doesnt actually sit on the flat bit meant for it, and instead sits at the point ending the inward curve.

I love the idea, the steel, the look, but I am not the target audience!

Sweet knife love Spyderco

Very good quality and fast shipping
