The manager was noticeably frustrated due to a situation she could not fix, and along came me. I needed my knives as I am in a crisis at home, not under the managers control either, and just as I tried to give another wheel and deal tactic, she just handed my knives to me. ( she sharpened my personal knives) She may not feel I was understanding her unusual predicament, but I did, and I appreciated how she dealt with the situation with me enough to frequent her store as often as I can.

Rating my experience with House of Knives, this is an awesome company to shop with especially for people looking to buy pocket knives. There's a wide variety to choose from whether you want a budget friendly knife with a budget steel that is still going to meet your everyday tasks or if you want to spend more money on a knife with higher grade blade and handle materials House of Knives has you covered.
They have pretty good prices, they're not outrageously expensive like a lot of sporting goods store like Canadian Tire or Cabelas. If you don't want the knives shipped to your house for whatever reason you can have them shipped to the nearest House of Knives store to you and pick them up in store with no hassles.
The employees at House of Knives are super friendly and always making sure you're able to find what you're looking for. I always get my knives shipped to the West Edmonton Mall location for in store pickup and I always enjoy showing the employees the knives that I've ordered because a lot of the ones I buy are online only so they don't even get to see them. Overall, awesome company, outstanding customer service, and fantastic products.
