The product looked like used knife which was covered with fingerprint. The manager of store was nice and contacted with warehouse. However, the warehouse told us that this was only one at warehouse. It should be as early as possible that client be informed this product is open-box.

After I paid and placed my order, the store cancelled it citing overseas transporation challenges to my country of residence - India. It should've been put up as a notice on the webpage about the same, or the website should've restricted any order with address outside of Canada and USA. I've lost my transaction fees and currency convertion fee charged by the payment gateway provider.
