The shopping experience was great all the best products in an easy to use website. The knife though picked up rust like a strictly iron knife. Had to dry it immediately!

Quick shipping, easy transaction. Buck box had been damaged before shipping (no damage to shipping box, plenty of packing inside), and had obviously there was an attempt to fix it with clear tape on the inside of the box. Emailed House of Knives to rectify issue but no response whatsoever. Very unimpressed and disappointed.
