I like the product a lot, and it was nice being able to take advantage of my anniversary reward even though it was quite small. I had some difficulty checking on the website whether your store at West Edmonton Mall had inventory of some products. I eventually concluded that if nothing came up after I put in my postal code and the desired store proximity information in the website, that the product was not in stock. I know I could phone the store, but that isn't practical if I am just shopping without actually looking for something specific. I also didn't receive a call from the store when the item I ordered arrive there for me to pick up. I had to call the store to check for myself when more than ample time seemed to have passed after I ordered. That said, the clerk that served me at the store served me efficiently and the pick up experience was very good. Thanks.

My Katz Kagemusha Cherry wood folder was shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. Great price for these heavy duty knives. Not assisted opening but a quick flick of the wrist and push of the thumb stud and it snaps open and locked. If you want a knife with some heft Katz will have you covered.

Good prices when on sale. Keep in mind that the knives I got where all open package knives. No big deal as I buy knives to use.

It was easy to order products from your website. And, although I opted to pick up the items in the Granville Street store, you gave me free delivery. Thank you.
