The website was great but the shipping tracking is garbage. Instead of having a tracking number and tracking threw a website. They send you a link to download a tracking system that needs access to your entire email like I want to give access to a third part to sell my Info. It's a very bad system.

Thank you for shopping with us! For future orders you dont actually need to have the app, you should get a new email once the order is packed with tracking direct from the courier. Route is our insurer so they have their own extra tracking

Good website, easy to navigate, purchase. Good communication, next day shipping. Fair prices, full inventory. Unfortunately shipping times seem excessive, 12 days going from BC to Ontario ? I get orders from China faster. Most orders in Canada are at my door in a day or two. That is the only thing that needs to be improved.

I’m told there is the option to ship FedEx with shorter sipping times. I didn’t realize the shipping time until I got the tracking number. That time may have been displayed at time of ordering and I was having a senior moment !

Oh Im sorry to hear that, I wish we had more control over shipping but for your next order you do have the option of upgrading the Fedex Express if you think that will help?

Customer service was beyond expectations. I called Park Royal on Wednesday, spoke with store Manager - Sean. I needed 3 items by Friday; 2 of which were online only. Sean suggested I order online, then email customer service. Customer service replied immediately and said they would put it on the next truck. I received a call from the store on Thursday to say everything was in and I could pick it up along with my item on hold. These were gift items so a great big thank you to your staff for really coming through with awesome customer service!
