Wish I could give zero stars. Products are fine. Employees at metrotown burnaby location are insufferable to the point i’ll never go back or just pay for shipping.

The tall white girl with tattoos has the highest ego for someone who doesn’t know how to do a basic task, and is incredibly rude. Handed me my over $100 order with no tissue paper or anything to protect it, online orders come with no bag or anything and I was not expecting glass to NOT be neatly packaged, my invoice was crumpled, employee did not offer to help me find more of an item I was hoping to buy.

Prior to placing my order (which is why I decided to pick up in store) I called to inquire about said item I was also hoping to buy and an east indian girl answered the phone and said “yeah I think we have some” How many is some? “I’m not sure”. I’m not commuting almost an hour if you don’t have something, and it was sold out online so I had no choice but to come to store.

I didn’t realize such an expensive and well known store would have stupidity as a job requirement. Disappointing as I really wanted to purchase more things, but I’m better off somewhere else or online where I won’t have to deal with people who lacks common sense and manners. You shouldn’t be selling knives with this kind of behaviour Lol.

I was not rude, but when you are rude to your PAYING customer who asks only if you have more of something, perhaps you should have stayed home for the day if you did not want to be there. Glad I bought the bare minimum of what I needed, because I won’t be back. Disgraceful.
