It's a great supplement. I like that it sits well in my stomach and that I don't experience any discomfort. I have tried other collagen brands, and the pills were too stinky to handle. On the other hand, Instanatural is great. I have super dry skin and would like to diminish fine lines; I've noticed good results little by little. Expect to start seeing results after a few weeks.

I've only been taking these for a week or so now so I'm not noticing any dramatic results but I like them so far! I love introducing oral supplements into my skincare because it's super quick and easy and helps from the inside out so that's great. They don't smell bad or taste bad and they're easy to get down, too, so I would definitely recommend them!

I have only had a week and a half so far to take it but my skin feels more radiant and healthy because these supplements help support and boost the skins ability to renew and acts as protection against ageing skin. It helps to plump the skin and reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Since I smoke I do have fine lines but they definitely appear less obvious to me. As for Brown spots, this Insta natural collagen age defense supplement says it reduces Brown spots as well. I do not have those but I do have pigment issues due to acme scarring and my skin definitely appears brighter to me. Overall I think these supplements are a great addition to my skincare routine and I recommend trying them if you are as passionate about skincare as I am. A lot of people are saying this is expensive compared to other brands, but this actually just contains more collagen and protein per serving. . I love the taste most of the time, I mixed it with my healthy green shakes. It is collagen which is good for our skin.

I've been taking this for about 4/5 days now. There was no smell to them and they're easy to take. I'm happy to say there's no upset stomach involved either which can be a downer with some vitamins. I wanted to add collagen into my beauty routine. I didn't want to do powder because it would be more of a hassle to mix with water and I am glad I came across instanatural's collagen age defense supplement. It is very easy to use . Just take two veggie capsules daily with your evening meal. The pills are easy to swallow and have no nasty after taste. I just started using them and I can feel my skin being less dry. I definitely would buy this product. There are so many things that I've tried in the age defense supplements but this one seems to be the one I stay with. The capsules are easy to take and don't taste bad or smell bad. You won't see a difference overnight but the longer you take this you will slowly see the difference.

After a few days of taking the Collagen Age Defense Supplement, I did notice a difference in my skin texture. My skin was tighter around my cheekbones and forehead. I didn't notice any change around my eyes though. There was improvement overall.
