I have been using these for about a week now. I got them because my skin has really suffered from weight loss and age. So far I like them, The have no taste or smell, and are easy to swallow. I have read over and over that the only way to get collagen to do anything for you, is to take it internally, because external applications do not boost your collagen. These 2 pills a day, are a great alternative to drinking 6 cups of bone broth a day!!

I haven't taken them long enough to know if they work as intended, but so far I am doing okay with them and hoping they work great for preventative measures in the long run. They are easy to take. I have had no problems with upset tummy or digestive issues. And it may be wishful thinking, but after a week I am thinking my skin and hair look better, but am not sure. Here's hoping! I have always been pleased with InstaNatural products and am hoping this one is just as good as the others!

I read the ingredients list, I am amazed it is lot of nature goodie in. Have not used this long enough to tell is it effective, but at least you are confident they won't harm you (by reading the ingredients). No stinky smell or funky colors. The only downsize is the capsule format, maybe this is just personal habit that when I take capsule, I have to drink liquid to pair with the capsule intake. Overall, it is a good quality product that worth the price.

I love my skin and feel that it is never too early to start taking care of it. I just turned 35 the other day and I must say that I am aging nicely but want to stay on top of fine lines so that they do not turn into large creases and later on wrinkles. One thing I love is that one of the ingredients is resvertrol which is like a reverse on your skin's aging process. Like turning back the hands of time. Easy to swallow also
