I had an issue with an order. I received the wrong item. I was gone out of the country so I ordered it early. When I got home, I realized it was the wrong order. It was tough because it was Christmas time, but I had no choice but to give the gift I received otherwise I’d have nothing. a couple days before Christmas is when I got home -opened the package to see it was incorrect. I was not happy but they did what they could and sent my original order gift wrapped and I still had the wrong order to give on Christmas ... so I was glad I wasn’t empty-handed. What to do in a situation like that? Christmas time is always important -you want to give the right gifts. I made the best of it and they allowed me to do so. They made up for the mistake and I had something to give on Christmas. They did their best and I was appreciative. What else could I ask for ?
